The organization has recently gone through major restructuring and organizational development process. This has greatly helped to improve the level of performance of the institution. The organization has the comparative advantage of being well established and known throughout the Eastern Region and beyond through the Catholic Church, which is deeply integrated in these communities. The organization has been able to responsibly manage funds from various partners due to the efficient and strict financial management system. Auditing is on a yearly basis or as preferred by the donor partners.
The organization has 11-member Management Board that directs and supervises its activities. The Bishop of the diocese is the president of the board, while his Vicar General (VG) is the Chairman. The Director and a team of administrators manage the day-to-day running of the office.
